These Terms of Engagement outline how we work with clients at Three Peaks Design. By commencing work with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Respect and Collaboration
We'll treat each other with respect, kindness, and professionalism throughout the project. This includes valuing each other's time, expertise, and responsibilities. By creating a supportive environment built on trust and consideration, we set ourselves up to do our best work together.
2. Momentum
Keeping momentum ensures your project stays on track and delivers the best outcome. This relies on timely communication for day-to-day matters, ideally within 6 hours, and no later than 24 hours during weekdays.
For larger review stages (like proofs or concept presentations), please aim to provide feedback within 72 hours whenever possible. This helps maintain flow and ensures design decisions stay fresh and relevant.
3. Trust
We trust you to be transparent about your needs, goals, and feedback. In return, please trust our expertise and creative judgment.
4. Revisions
Each project includes two rounds of revisions, which is sufficient for most projects. When providing feedback, please relate it to the project goals and audience needs.
For more complex designs, we may offer additional revisions at our discretion. Otherwise, extra revisions are available at an additional cost.
5. Communication
We value open communication throughout the project, whether via phone, email, video chat, or messaging. Choose what works best for you, and we'll do the same.
To keep projects moving smoothly, please provide feedback within 72 hours of receiving proofs or concepts whenever possible. This helps maintain momentum and ensures design decisions stay fresh.
We keep weekends and public holidays for recharging; rest and balance help us both bring our best creative energy to the project.
6. Ownership & Payment
Three Peaks Design retains ownership of all work until you pay the final invoice in full. We reserve the right to pause or remove any unpaid work (including websites) if invoices aren't settled by the due date.
Once payment is complete, the rights are all yours to enjoy and use.
7. meetings
We keep meetings lean so we can focus on the work. That said, we're always just a call, video chat, or message away if you need us.
8. Showcasing Work
We're proud of the work we create together. By working with us, you give Three Peaks Design permission to share the finished project in our portfolio, website, social media, and award entries.
When we show it off, we'll do so with respect for your brand.
